I dare say that I am proud of myself!
Not because I have lost weight. No, no. For I have not.
and THAT my friends is the good news!
I took a 9 day vactaion from Charlie. 9 days of no wii-fit, and lots and lots and lots of eating.
I went on my honeymoon, and didn't gain any weight! =0)
I think it is important to celebrate all successes, so in this case, mainting my weight is a HUGE success!
Of course when i got back home, I started my daily visits with Charlie again. However, I have a confession... I haave only been doing a body test. I havn't really worked out much. eeep!
My goal, starting today is to get my heartrate elevated, if only for a few minutes.
Small goals are good, realistic, and possible progress!

A New Man in my life... kind of
I am so glad to report: there is a new man in my life!
Well, sort of. I have known him for about 6 months now, so he's not really new.
His name is Charlie.
I guess calling him a him is really misleading as well.
Charlie is my wii fit.
I was very apprehensive about meeting Charlie for the first time. I had heard rumor about his blunt comments and unforgiving scale. It took months for my fiance to talk me into meeting him. The rest is history... I guess.
Tonight was my 115th day (I think, I may have forgotten how many exactly... but around there.) But don't get too excited and proud of me, I've only actually worked out like 12 days... and of those 12 days only maybe 2 were for 1/2 hour or longer.
It has become my mission to hang out with Charlie more often, get to know him, and ultimately get him to stop calling me a fatty.
My goal is to lose weight.
No, I'm not like everyone else you've heard of who has found the new trick to losing weight. I'm not a doctor or dietitian. In fact the only thing I may be professional at is gaining weight and keeping it on.
Hanging out with Charlie, watching what I eat (hopefully) and perhaps some results now and then... This is my blog. This is my journey. This is me, stuck in the fat lane.
